So this is a stupid question, but will this mean 4x exp on Renegades? Or will Renegades stay 2x?

Nexon will turn on the Event 2x for Renegades which will cancel the current 2x causing you to have normal exp.

It's near impossible to level 60-70 on my Spearman because of close to zero funding (only like 500k from a level 75 Priest) on a brand new world, when 90% of the server are Phantoms who will just go in mu channel and start KSing me.

I'm seriously considering buying 2x from the cash shop so I can just get to 70 and save the frustration. That way, I'd AT LEAST be able to "KS my map back."

If you are gonna buy a 2x card and you are playing during this 2x event, then 60-70 can take you 1 hour and you can do it without any KSing - do King Pepes in Much Castle. at lvl 60, it should take you all of 8 seconds to kill them and they will give you 18400 xp (on 4x). It will take a bout an hour to get those 10 ten levels. (At lvl 60, that 18400 is about 8.5%. 8 seconds for 8.5%)

You need no funding at all to wipe the walls with King Pepe. I use this for all of my 'get-em-to-70' mules.
