Just a Question about Phantoms and Skill Stealing

Hello, I just have a question about Phantoms.
Say you have level 1 Talent (the skill that lets you steal skills) for 1st job, and you still a skill from someone who maxed it (i.e. max haste). As you level up your Talent, does the master level of your stolen haste automatically go up, or do you have to steal haste again to get a higher level of it?

If you have 1 SP into Talent, you receive the skill effect of Lv 1 from the particular skill that you stole.
You won't have to steal the same skill again if you want to receive a higher effect unless the person you stole from doesn't have the skill maxed. Just as long as you distribute your SP into Talent, you'll be fine.
