Nexon posted a patch for KMS version 141 upgrade to version 142.
You may download this patch from their official site and begin [thread=13610]creating your pre-patcher[/thread] now.
Extractions and database updates will be forthcoming (if supported)!

It doesn't matter any more. Any Korean patch is indicative of Pirate/Thief Jump.
