According to Hime they did give out the 2nd round of 5k MP, and they gave out the MP to the people who didn't get it for the 1st week too.
( Can confirm that I got mine as promised earlier today )

EDIT: Forgot to say, as soon as it hit 9:40, I clicked on the "Click here for more info" thing, being the impatient person I am, and now it says the page does not exist lol
Twas like auto-removed as soon as it was scheduled to be over xP (Though it still shows up on the front page, so the site doesn't think it's completely gone)

Hm.....I just noticed the Premium Cash Shop surprise date was changed from September 14-22....and yet, earlier today it said 28. No wonder I didn't see them in the cash shop last night...such a shame...I had just bought NX too. *Sob*
