Pending World Transfer Item Refund

For players who are waiting for their world transfer to process, we have refunded the cost of the item back to you. We understand that the refund does not absolve the situation and that players do want the service they have paid for. We are truly sorry for not being able to fulfill these requests, as our aged system can no longer support our players adequately. This does not mean that the world transfer option has been done away with. In fact, we are working on bringing out a new and improved system that will not only reduce the time needed to transfer, but will make it automatic. Please know that all current pending world transfer requests cannot be applied to the new system due to the processing differences. We recommend that you cancel your pending request immediately, so that you will be able to purchase the new world transfer item when it becomes available. The improved system is set to come into service before the end of the year.

Damn, 2 of my friends just transferred out like 2 weeks ago. Guess they just made the deadline.

yesteday, paid $25,00 to transfer my char to another server, 5min later after they confirmed my payment, my char was already in the new server. ahhhhh

My friend bought a ticket around 1 week before they were discontinued.
He sent nexon a ticket asking for a refund, but they replied that such refunds are not possible, and completed his transfer 2 weeks ago.
Now, theyre too lazy to complete the rest?
