Cash shop based quest

Quest were you need to buy an item from the cash shop don't seem to be working for me, not sure about anyone else since the latest patch. The picture should explain the problem.



Edit: how do you log a ticket? I think I am clicking the right link, email of inquire, but it takes me to a log in screen where I can't log in to.

It won't let you. I tried that yesterday..

It is impossible to buy additional inventory slots now too, right? I was trying to buy more ETC. and it told me I didn't have enough NX (I had 7.6k).

Somewhat irrelevant, but with the search function, you can just search for the words of the item you're looking for instead of scouring through the pages.

Or leave search blank and set it to the 0~1000nx range, if you're not sure what it's called. Cuts it down to ~8 pages instead of 100+ if you went through all the equip items.

oh wow i never even knew about the search. I would always just enter the cash shop, check the first page of each tab and if i didnt find the quest item leave the cash shop and enter again. I think I always found it in like 3 tries or less but search would be so much easier.
