100% Agreed. I had set up my shop and set maple to low settings while running aother game last night before heading to bed. I hadn't heard about this prior to that, then this morning I saw my stuff sold which I was excited for since I had a chair I had been holding onto for a while sell. I priced it at what one friend said they saw it sell for within the past week, but didn't bother double checking myself so I figured it was a little overpriced. In terms of chairs, people typically are willing to shell out a variety of values since they don't have any actual value. I thought nothing of it, but took note of the person who bought it as I have in the past with rare items (to me) like the only one time I found ilbis. Later this morning I checked SP and started reading up on this and during my reading, the game went down.
I mean, not everyone in the FM is going to catch on to current news within a couple of hours. For many people it takes days unless things are placed blatantly in front of them or the game goes down entirely as it has. If they can't manage to find a fair way to reslove this, I'm standing by my boycott for good and giving up on trying to earn anything through the MTS. (Besides, the free maple points should cover part of what I had planned.)
EDIT: Noticed this topic isn't particularly related to this thread and could go in one of the others. On topic, 1 week for a new class shouldn't hurt too much.
