Venom's damage.

Out of curiosity, is Venom's dmg affected by Magic Attack or INT gear / stats? Because I remember reading somewhere that Venom increases +magic attack for every SP that you put into it? Unless it was a typo / error from gMS or another website.

One of my friends says that it isn't affected by INT nor magic-attack gear, and he has tested this on his 15X Night Lord.

It is just like paladins charges. They add 30 m.a. at max, but it is useless, as they are not damage dependant on magic.

Even if it is effected by int, it's not like people are gonna ditch their dex/luk earrings, or any of their gear to wear int equips just so venom can have higher damage lol.

You'd be surprised. I actually would, but I always liked to play differently than most people, which doesn't necessarily = better, but it's a slight change of pace. -shrugs- I was thinking of using INT / Magic-Att gear for Venom because I'm getting Venom to 28 pretty soon, judging from my build. Also, I was going to switch to wep-att gear for bossing, so eh. With my Night Lord's current gear, I don't even need a DEX cape to wear a Craven, and I have 81 base DEX. So I was thinking of using an INT cape for training. Call me insane, but I like to experiment. -shrugs-
