What is the joke of "Evil Grinning Face?"

all i know about it is that people shop it into images, and an example would be FlameChocobo's new av, or in the "ruin other uses av's version 3" thread, BTA's avatar has this image shopped into it.

whats the joke/point of this image, the story behind it, or w/e?

Because one can only be a snarky wiseass for so long before risking getting banned, or permabanned. By the same technicality I can declare you boring in comparison with your "previous self" but that's somewhat stretching it.

Looks like I decided to change the avatar to something different. Because I thought about using the avatar because that made me laugh.

It was that blockhead avatar with the derp face from http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v211/n...egaman.jpg except the eyes and mouth were on the face of the blockhead with the goggles on it.

And there was the avatar I previously used that was originally used by Opeth/Mark (Pomegranate used that). I pretty much have no idea how you can get banned for that. I'm sorry if the avatar really bugs you.
