Very Quick and Important Question (Related to Possibility of Getting Hacked)

So I'm using Fort Knox Security which is very helpful. However, since I do not play Maplestory yet I still have items I'm trying to sell for NX, and I play PopTag, would someone be able to log into my Maplestory account while I'm playing PopTag? Thanks for the help!
