NX fraud?can't log on maplehome page?!help!

well I started playing maplestory again but when I tried to log on my ranger it said my account was banned for illegal charging/nx fraud.(permanently) . sooo I tried sending a ticket on the nexon home page but NO! it gave me some stupid, " your have too many tries blah blah try again in 10 minutes" after I typed in my passowrd.

I know the password is right so thats not the problem. and i knowww I didnt do any stupid nx fraud.
but the problem is...... I cant send the stupid t$(R($%#$# ticket !!
I can log in fine on the maplestory home page with my other accounts .

does anyone have a resolution to this problem? im so angry right now

Sorry to hear that. It's nearly impossible to get Nexon to lift bans that are based on NX fraud.

I'm not sure if the "You tried your PW too many times" thing is suppose to happen just because of NX Fraud. I'd say someone's out to get you o.O

You got banned for NX fraud, but you didn't do it? Sorry to hear that. I know how you feel, I got forum banned for 10 years D: FOR NO REASON (maybe CTM sued me for the stupid signature WHICH I FOUND BEFORE I GOT BANNED)

With your ID and Pass, anyone can create a fake Paypal account to frame you and ban your account on purpose. And sadly i've only heard of 1 ban lift because of Nx fraud...
