After collecting a ton of etcs for the maker quests and then realizing that I didn't need to do them I put all my etcs in the MTS for later. Well, since I put them all in for the minimal price, apparently all the people too lazy to collect the items bought even the smallest quantities of etcs.

I made 1870 NX without even intending to. People bought 5 thimbles out of the MTS just so they didn't have to go to Mu Long. Laziness ftw?

Hey, don't bother now. With the new tax, it costs the person 617 NX at a minimum. Fortunately, I put them in before the patch. Now I only with I thought to get more etcs. I would be rich right now

The 7/11 franchise operates on this same premise. So do the so-called "impulse-aisles" next to the register in any supermarket or pharmacy. It's not so much "laziness" as "convenience." Some people have spare NX, they have better things to do than travel half the Maple world for some random crap they can have in a second. 1870 NX is 1 dollar 90 cents. You'd need roughly 5.50 for a McDonald's meal, so I can see these people's reasoning.

That's true. It's also why things cost more in the FM than basil. Since getting an item on basil can cause unwanted stress to the buyer and can take a while, the items cost less, while in the FM you just buy it and are on your way.

Next patch when Nexon switches back to their old tax, which i'm sure by then they'll realize the horrible mistake they've made, I'm going strait to Mu Lung and getting hundreds of etcs. to put into the MTS in 5 piece packages.
