The World Alliance between Yellonde, Kradia, Mardia and Chaos has been postponed to Monday, June 11, 2012.

Though we were very eager to kick off this grand alliance on June 7th, we also wanted to make sure that every player had a smooth transition and no interruptions. As such, we're investing a little more time into testing and development to make sure everything will work as planned the first time.

Thank you very much for your support and interest in the World Alliance. We're sorry we had to push it back, but please rest assured it was for a good reason! Feel free to post any questions you have in our forum thread (here) before June 11, and we will answer as many as we can.

I'm going to shamelessly take credit for this.

Yeah, I know it's probably a coincidence that they realized things could go wrong just when I posted a list of possible bugs.

I like that they're taking time to test, I don't like that they hadn't tested before announcing it will happen this week. And, unless they're going to work on the weekend, they haven't really given themselves much time for testing and fixing.
So, still a very apprehensive guinea pig here.

Who will be the one lucky person that will get their question answered!

Well, at least they were being insightful about certain problems that could arise. I guess if there was things that could bring the game down (or those words down) for a USC, might as well just postpone it instead of having over million maplers breathe down your neck to bring the game up.

I will join you in shamelessly and ruthlessly taking credit because I mentioned that notifying us only a ~week in advance means there will probably be issues. There will probably be issues even after this postponement. Perhaps they've announced this as a placebo to make us 'think' that they're actually testing when they'll actually be hanging out at beach parties or something Rolleyes
