Redistribution of August Makeover Pet Gift Box

In response to the reports we received regarding the disappearing Makeover Pet Box, if a pet was not chosen the first time you opened the gift box and you lost the box, we have redistributed the gift boxes. You should see these the next time you log in on the character that encountered the issue.

Please note that, while we made efforts to make sure everyone got a chance to be involved with this giveaway, be aware that the functionality still remains. In the future if the gift box is closed out before a choice is made, you will lose the chance to get a pet. Please make sure you are on the character that previously lost the Pet Gift Box, and that you are ready to select the pet you want.

Good to see that they sent out the boxes to the people who lost it so quickly.
Sad to see that the issue could still effect people who don't know about it or d/c at the wrong time ><

Got my pet box

This time I have to give props to Nexon for how fast they dealt with this.

Let's hope i got mine back too, i lost it because of the Unscheduled server check. I got dc/ed like 10 sec after getting the box.

Same with me, I lost it because of the unscheduled server check... So far they have not redistribute this box to me yet

Our QA team has verified this issue and forwarded it on to the Development team. They will be looking into this further and working to sort it out as quickly as possible. Please feel free to continue letting us know if you experience this issue. Be sure to include the following information:

It's a bit hidden away as not that many people check the forums or Nexon Watcher there.

Could be that they only solved it for people who posted their info there. I sent a ticket too but it was auto-closed. I heard of some people failing it the second time because apparently it was not completely fixed still. Bad bad luck :/

Thanks for telling me this, I have replied in that post with my information. Also I think the people that got their box back but still closed it without choosing the pet would miss the chance to get a pet because Nexon said that in their notice of the redistribution..
