Unable to max Magic Guard at level 40 and thereafter, if it wasn't maxed previously.

Basically, if you got to level 40 without maxing Magic Guard, you're stuck with at most level 18 Magic Guard forever (or at least until this issue is fixed).

It figures that when Nexon went and messed around with the skill to give it a mastery book from the CS, that they would make it un maxable <_<

...good thing I had max Magic Guard first in my build.

That's exactly why you can't put it into anything. Nexon made it so that the Cash Shop book gives you 1 SP, which gives you 1 more than you should have.
