Familiar Changes and Bug Fixes
  • Updated the Mystic Frontier UI so that the recommended expedition Element/Type icons are highlighted when an assigned Familiar in the current wave matches the recommendation. Icons will remain inactive if no assigned Familiars in the wave match.

  • Decreased the amount of Familiar Points required to activate a Roro Ring by ~26%.
  • Resolved an issue where Familiar Potentials were not applied to Ascent Skills.
Boss Changes and Bug Fixes
  • First Adversary
    • (Easy, Normal, Hard, Extreme) Changed the Power of Order Gauge so it will not decrease when at Rank 4 or higher during the Power Cycle pattern.
    • (Hard, Extreme) Resolved an issue where additional Grindstone of Faith would sometimes drop after defeating the First Adversary in Heroic Worlds.

  • Accept the ‘[Kanna] Secondary Weapon Conversion Available’ quest to access the Equip Conversion UI. The quest is available until March 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM (UTC).

How to Participate
  • Select ‘[New Leaf Mall] Cindy’s Special Helper!’ from the Event List to start.
  • Enter a hunting zone with enemies near your level (20 levels above and 20 levels below) to automatically activate the ‘Cindy's Flier Free-for-all’ gauge.
    • The gauge will not activate in maps affected by Rune Curse Stage 4 or other special fields like Mirror World or Story quests.
  • Defeat 250 enemies to fully charge the gauge and trigger the ‘Cindy's Flier Free-for-all’ skill, which grants a large amount of EXP.
    • Enemies spawned from VIP Boosters or HEXA Boosters do not count.
‘Cindy's Flier Free-for-all’ Skill Details
  • The event skill can be activated up to 30 times per day per character.
    • Cindy's Flier Free-for-all activation records reset every day at 12:00 AM UTC.
  • Enemies defeated while Cindy’s Flier Free-for-all is active will not count towards filling the gauge for future activations.
  • You can switch between auto and manual mode by right-clicking the skill icon in the UI. When set to Manual, the skill can be activated using the Interact/Harvest key.
  • The skill automatically ends when leaving a hunting zone, changing channels, or entering the Cash Shop.
  • Rune EXP effects apply when gaining EXP from this skill, even if the Rune was not activated.
  • EXP-increasing effects and Death Penalty EXP reduction effects are applied to this skill.

How to Participate
  • Select ‘Victoria Adventure’ from the Event List and click ‘Participate’ to teleport to the event map, Past Maple.
  • Victoria Adventure can be started by talking to Cindy and selecting either Quick Start or Party Play.
    • All buff effects are removed when entering the mini-game.
  • The mini-game has a 1-hour time limit.
  • A penalty is applied if you are the first player to leave the game after it starts or if you remain inactive for a certain period of time.
  • If you leave the mini-game before it ends, all rewards are forfeited and cannot be obtained.

    • Once a World is confirmed, it cannot be changed after a character has been designated. If no character has been designated yet, the selected World can still be changed as long as the World type is the same.
  • If you accept the quest for the first time while in a Challenger World, you will be prompted to select your main World when opening the Mall Duo UI.
  • Participation is limited to one world per account.

Duo Management
  • Create an Employee Duo by designating:
    • 1 Manager
    • 1 Crew
  • You can designate characters in the world you select and the corresponding Challenger World where a character was created in.
    • Example: Designating a character in Bera as the Manager, lets you also designate one character from Challenger-Interactive as the Crew.
  • Once both roles are set, they cannot be swapped with other characters.
    • If a character designated from a Challenger World Leaps to a different World that is not the originally selected main World, that character will be removed from Mall Duo and can no longer participate.
  • Roles can be changed only when all of the following conditions are met:
    1. All obtained Managing Points have been used
    2. All unclaimed Break Room EXP has been claimed
  • Note: Enemy defeat records for Managing Points and Break Room Points will carry over.
  • There’s a visual effect where the Crew follows the Manger. The effect activates automatically when changing maps or logging back in and can be toggled on/off through the Skills UI in the Beginner’s tab.

Managing Points
  • When the Manager defeats enemies near their level (20 levels above and 20 levels below) the duo earns 1 Managing Point for every monster defeated.
    • Monster defeats only count when in a solo party or not in a party at all.
    • Monster defeats will count when summoning monsters with VIP Booster.
  • Up to 200 Managing Points can be obtained per week and are shared between the Manager and Crew.

  • Both characters can exchange Managing Points for rewards, but rewards differ by role:
    • Manager
      • EXP and Sol Erda Energy received with a 70% reduction
    • Crew
      • EXP based on character level
      • Sol Erda Energy ×10
  • Note: If a character has not completed the 6th Job Advancement, only EXP will be obtained.
Mall Break Room

  • The Manager and Crew can rest in the New Leaf Mall Break Room for up to 2 hours per week.
  • Every 5 seconds spent in the Break Room grants EXP based on character level.
    • Both characters receive EXP, even if only one enters the Break Room.
  • After using the Break Room:
    • You must log in as the other Mall Duo character to claim the EXP.
    • Unclaimed Break Room EXP carries over after the weekly reset.
  • If a Mall Duo character is deleted before logging in to claim EXP, the EXP associated with that character cannot be recovered even if another character is registered in that role.
Break Room Points and Rest Stats
  • When the Manager defeats 2,500 enemies near their level, the duo earns 1 Break Room Point.
    • Up to 20 Break Room Points can be obtained per week. Points are shared between the Manager and Crew.
  • Break Room Points can be used to activate and enhance Rest Stats that give various effects while in the Break Room. There are three types of Rest Stats:
    • Long-term Rest: Increases the Break Room usage time and EXP multiplier.
    • Dynamic Rest: Increases the EXP multiplier within a set range.
    • Charge Snack: Increases the EXP multiplier.

  • Participated in the ‘[NLM] New Leaf Mall Grand Opening’ event.
How to Participate
  • Defeat weekly bosses to earn Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced NLM Tokens.
    • Bosses defeated in Practice Mode will also count toward earning tokens.
  • NLM Tokens can be exchanged for items in the NLM Token Shop.
  • Each type of NLM Token has a weekly acquisition cap:
    • Basic NLM Token: Up to 3,000 per week
    • Intermediate NLM Token: Up to 2,000 per week
    • Advanced NLM Token: Up to 100 per week
  • If you defeat a boss and later defeat a higher-tier boss in the same world that grants more NLM Tokens, you will only receive the difference between the two rewards.
    • For example, after defeating Lotus (Normal) and receiving 1,000 Basic NLM Tokens, if you then defeat Lucid (Easy) in the same world, you will obtain 1,000 Basic NLM Tokens.
  • NLM Tokens can only be used in the world where they were obtained.
    • Tokens earned while in a Challenger World cannot be used if the character later World Leaps to another world.

Event Currency
  • Challenger Points: Earn points to raise your Challenger Tier, upgrade buffs, and claim exclusive rewards.

Three Types of Challenger World Missions:
  • Hunting Missions: Defeat enemies near your level to earn Challenger Points and Coins.
  • Level Missions: Reach specific level milestones and get additional rewards!
  • Boss Missions: Defeat bosses to earn Points, Challenger Coins, and Advanced Challenger Coins.
How to Participate
  • From the world selection screen, you can choose to play in either Challenger-Heroic or Challenger-Interactive world.
    • Challenger Worlds follow the same perks, restrictions, prices, and systems as their respective world counterparts.
  • Once a Challenger World is chosen, all characters created there can only be played in that same world.
    • Example: If your first character was created in Challenger-Heroic, you cannot create or access Challenger-Interactive, even if all existing characters are deleted.
  • You can create up to 5 characters in Challenger World.
    • Up to 3 Tera Burning characters can be created to level from Lv. 10 - 200, gaining 2 extra levels per level-up!
  • After creating a character, select ‘Challenger World’ from the Event List UI and click ‘Participate’ to start the Challenger World event.
  • Complete Challenger World Missions to earn rewards and strengthen your buffs.

  • Hunting Mission
    • Defeat 1,000 enemies near your level (20 levels above and 20 levels below), then click the ‘[Mission Complete]’ button within the Challenger World UI to complete a Hunting Mission and receive 100 Challenger Points and 300 Challenger Coins.
    • The Hunting Mission can be done once a day and up to 5 times a week per account.
    • Missed a daily hunting mission? Use 3,000 Maple Points to complete a missed daily hunting mission.
      • The number of available Hunting Mission Passes updates every Wednesday at 12:00 AM UTC.
  • Level Missions
    • Reach specific level milestones with your Challenger character to earn Challenger Points and Challenger Coins.
    • Missions complete automatically when conditions are met in the Challenger World UI.

  • Boss Missions
    • Defeat bosses to obtain Challenger Points, Challenger Coins, and Advanced Challenger Coins. Open the Challenger World UI to automatically complete the Boss Mission.
      • Defeating a boss in Practice Mode will count toward the mission.
      • Defeats will only count when solo or in a solo party.
    • Defeating a higher difficulty version of a boss will count as completing the mission for the highest listed difficulty for that boss.
      • Example: If the mission lists defeating Lotus in either Normal or Hard difficulty, defeating Extreme Lotus will count as completing the Hard difficulty mission.

Requirements
  • Characters Lv. 130 and above
  • Up to 5 characters Lv. 130 and above in a Challenger World can World Leap.
  • If there are no open character slots, one will be added automatically.
    • If your character slots are full, you cannot World Leap.
  • The following items will not transfer:
    • Items and Mesos in Cash Inventory, Auction House, or Delivery Package
    • Background obtained from coupons, unless extracted through the Mover NPC and transferred when leaping.
  • Characters cannot transfer if:
    • They’re in or requesting to join a guild.
    • They are the Guild Master.
  • Event coins and shared skills will carry over to the destination world.
  • Characters that are not transferred by the World Leap deadline will be deleted.
  • Characters with the following items in their inventory cannot World Leap:

Arcane Seal

Requirements
  • Lv. 200 and above characters (Zero characters that completed Story Quest Act 2).
  • Available only for characters in Challenger World.
How to Participate
  • After completing the quest ‘A Greater Power’ you can participate by selecting the ‘[Challenger] Arcane Seal’ event from the Event List and clicking on the ‘Participate’ button.
    • The ‘Arcane Seal’ event can only be done by one character at a time.
    • If you participate in the event with a different character after already starting the quest, all event progress on the original character will be reset.
  • 3 Sealing Wands will be automatically obtained daily at 12:00 AM UTC regardless if you are logged in or not.
    • Note: You can only have a maximum of 20 Sealing Wands at one time.
    • If you have 18-19 Sealing Wands at 12:00 AM UTC, you will only receive the amount needed to reach 20 Sealing Wands.
  • When using the Sealing Wands you can use 1 to 5 Sealing Wands at a time to break the barrier.
  • Once broken, you will obtain an Arcane Core of a certain rarity based on a set probability.
  • The type of barrier a player can break changes based on your Challenger World Tier.
  • The probability of obtaining each Arcane Core will change with each stage.

    • If you equip a core with a higher rarity than one currently equipped, the equipped core will be extracted and you will receive Arcane Energy based on the rarity and enhancement level.
  • Note that stats obtained from equipping an Arcane Core will not apply if you World Leap from Challenger World to another world.
  • You are able to extract energy from unused Arcane Cores to obtain Arcane Energy.

Tera Blink

November 12 - Ongoing

Tera Blink is back, and this time it’s here to stay!

Requirements
  • Newly created characters Lv. 10 and above that have been registered as Hyper Burning MAX characters or new Hyper Burning MAX Zero characters.
How to Participate
  • Tera Blink will now be available anytime a Burning effect is applied to a character (Hyper Burning MAX or Hyper Burning Beyond). Tera Blink will be unavailable when a Burning effect ends.
  • Accept the ‘[Tera Blink] World Inside the Hat’ quest from Event List UI or talk to Spiegelmann located in Henesys or Nameless Town.
  • After completing the ‘[Tera Blink] World Inside the Hat’ quest, speak to Spiegelmann to move to the map.
    • You can stay up to 40 minutes at one time in the event map.
    • You can freely enter and exit the event map by talking to NPC Spiegelmann.
  • All skill and buff effects given through the mission are collected and removed when you exit the event map.
Tera Blink: World Inside the Hat
  • There are 20 missions within the World Inside the Hat.
  • In Heroic Worlds and Challenger-Heroic, Mission 13 “Equip Your Way to Victory!” will be completed automatically and you'll also receive the Completion EXP.
  • Clearing each mission gives a large amount of EXP and some will reward items as well.
  • Note: Characters such as Cadena, Ark, and Illium will not be able to earn EXP in the World Inside the Hat if they have not completed their job tutorial quests.
Tera Blink Rewards
  • Completing Spiegelmann's Missions to receive the following:
    • Spiegelmann's Power Elixir (x1000): Untradable, Permanent.
    • Special Medal of Honor: Untradable, Permanent.
    • Dazzling Hat (Pet): Untradable, Permanent, 90-day magic duration.
    • Dazzling Hat's Aura (Pet Equipment): Untradable, Permanent.
  • Complete Tera Blink to receive the following completion rewards:

  • Characters between Lv. 260 to 268 (Lv. 260 - 268 Zero characters and must have completed Story Quest Act 2).
How to Participate
  • Designate a Beyond Burning character from the character selection screen or by selecting ‘Beyond Burning’ event within the Event List.

    • Challenger World characters can be Beyond Burning.
  • Once confirmed, your character will receive the Beyond Burning effect.
    • The Beyond Burning effect cannot be removed.
  • Beyond Burning characters gain 1 extra level for each level-up from Lv. 260 to 270.
Beyond Burning Perks and Rewards
  • When your Beyond Burning character reaches level milestones, Level Achievement Rewards can be claimed from the Beyond Burning event UI.
    • Rewards can be claimed once per account.
  • When an existing character is set as Beyond Burning, you cannot claim rewards for levels you already reached.
    • Example: When a Lv. 264 character is set as Beyond Burning, the level rewards for Lv. 261 - 264 cannot be claimed.

  • Purchase Requirements: Only Lv. 255+ characters that haven’t completed the final awakening of the Genesis Weapon.
  • Pass Usage Requirements: Only Lv. 255+ characters that have the ‘[Genesis Weapon] Traces of Von Leon the Lion King’ quest either in progress or completed, and the ‘[Genesis Weapon] Power Unbound, Stage 2’ quest not completed. Characters that already completed the Genesis awakening cannot use it.

How to Participate
  • The Genesis Pass can be purchased through the Cash Shop for 30,000 NX (Use the Genesis Pass in your Cash Inventory).
    • The pass is Untradable and can be purchased up to 2 times per account.
    • Cannot be used by characters that have already completed the Genesis Weapon's final awakening.
Benefits of the Genesis Pass
  • Party Limit Expanded
    • Players who have the Genesis Pass and are on the same Genesis Mission stage can now form parties of up to 6 members instead of the usual 2.
    • Penalties for each Genesis Mission, including the 50% Final Damage reduction when proceeding with a party, will still apply.
    • This feature is available for missions starting from Lotus and above.
  • Increased Trace of Darkness Obtained from bosses by 3x
    • If a weekly or monthly boss was already defeated during the week or month the Genesis Pass was used, a Trace of Darkness Coupon will be provided retroactively.
    • The Maximum Trace of Darkness that can be obtained is 3,000 and any additional Trace of Darkness obtained will disappear.
  • Trace of Darkness Boss Buff

Frontier Pass

Requirements
  • Lv. 101 and above characters (Zero characters that completed Story Quest Act 2).
How to Participate
  • Select the ‘Frontier Pass’ event from the Event List and click ‘Participate’ to start the ‘Frontier Pass’ event.
    • You can only participate in the Frontier Pass event once per account.
    • The character participating in the Frontier Pass CANNOT be changed.
  • The Frontier Pass has a maximum of 30 levels and you can level up by obtaining 480 Pass Points for each level.
  • You can obtain Frontier Pass Points by completing weekly missions.
Weekly Mission Rewards
  • You can obtain a maximum of 2,000 Frontier Pass Points per week.
    • Frontier Pass missions can only be completed by the character participating in the event and are not shared with other characters.
    • If you have completed weekly boss clears, Monster Park, and Monster Park Extreme before participating in the Frontier Pass event, the progress WILL NOT be reflected in the Frontier Pass weekly missions.
  • Weekly Frontier Pass Point acquisition and weekly mission progress will reset every Wednesday at 12:00 AM UTC.
  • You will be able to purchase Frontier Pass Points missed from the previous week.
    • 100 Frontier Pass Points = 1,000 Maple Points
  • Please note that all rewards can only be obtained by the character participating in the event and can only be obtained once.
  • The Luxe Sauna Coupon can be moved between your characters within the world but all other items are untradeable.
  • Items other than the Sol Erda Fragments, which are permanent, can be used until April 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM UTC.
  • Luxe Sauna time charged before February 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM UTC will expire after February 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM UTC.

Requirements

How to Participate
  • Use a Luxe Sauna Coupon to charge the Luxe Sauna room time!
    • Luxe Sauna Coupon: Tradable within world, 7-day duration.
    • The use duration for the Luxe Sauna is recharged for 1 hour by using 3,000 Maple Points in the 'Use the Luxe Sauna' from the Event List.
    • Each coupon extends the time by 30 minutes and the charge time cannot exceed the event durations remaining time.
    • Coupons can only be used during the event period.
    • After the event period ends, you cannot obtain EXP even if there is time remaining for Luxe Sauna.
      • Luxe Sauna can be recharged for up to 48 hours in 1 week.
      • Luxe Sauna recharge count is reset every Wednesday at 12:00 AM UTC.

  • Once the Luxe Sauna room is charged, either talk to the Hotel Receptionist in Sleepywood Hotel or click 'Use the Luxe Sauna' from the Event List and press the 'Participate' button to enter the Luxe Sauna Room.
    • You will not have access to the Luxe Sauna room if there are no charges.
  • While in the Luxe Sauna Room, receive EXP based on your level every 5 seconds.
    • Lv. 294 and above characters receive the same amount of EXP obtained at Lv. 294.
    • Burning characters can also participate in the event and receive EXP.

  • The Luxe Sauna charge time is shared among all characters in the same account and only decreases while in the Luxe Sauna Room.
    • The time will not decrease when you leave the game.
  • Check the remaining time by viewing the sign inside the Luxe Sauna Room.
  • You’ll be automatically removed from the map when there are no more charges.
