Are there any extra pre-quest to get into this exped?
I can't find the initial quest to get into the expedition quest line.
Or am I just bugged/glitched?

Can't believe I only just noticed this thread, SOWWY.

Anyway, on a Kanna you have to have completed the quests up to when you rescue the princess. otherwise she will not be there to give you the quest. On every character that isn't Kanna or Hayato the princess is always there, and so just gives you the quest right off the bat.
