Just curious if anyone has any idea or if you maybe able to confirm what gacha the level 163 ele staffs are from. if anyone has any idea please any/all input would be most helpful. thanks in advance!

NLC/Zip ... I know those at least give Ele Wands/Staffs but I can't remember which one gives out the wands and which one hands you over some staffs... My guess would be NLC = Staffs and Zipangu = Wands.
Oh and for all I know Ellinia gach could give them out as well but rarely anyone ever gaches there...

Well, I've gotten both a 103 ice staff and a 70 poison wand from Zipangu, so I'm not totally sure that the nlc-staff and zip-wand theory is correct.
