Need them to craft Gore Boots. I already have the rest, these are the only things in the way.
Could someone also suggest a good place to farm them? Is it better at Red Drakes or Drake Hunting Grounds?

Farm them at Red Drakes. I used to get quite a lot of them while training there in my 6x's.
