Dear Maple Con LA 2025 Attendees,

We would like to begin by genuinely thanking everyone who joined us at Maple Con LA 2025 and expressed their support for the MapleStory community. We truly appreciate the time, effort, and passion you brought to the event.

Although there were moments throughout the event that were filled with joy and excitement for MapleStory, we also recognize that there were shortcomings as well. We would like to extend our deepest apologies for the event attendees that were affected by these inconveniences and share additional information regarding them.

An unexpected central server outage of a 3rd party POS and order management systems caused a major disruption to merchandise operations, leading to delays and incomplete order fulfillment. In addition, miscommunication between Nexon America, our event partners, and the venue staff contributed to poor coordination around entry lines and overall crowd management.

We take full responsibility for these issues and deeply regret the impact they had on your experience.

Merchandise and Order Fulfillment

We understand how important merchandise is to our attendees and how disappointing it was to face these issues. To address them, we are planning to open a dedicated pre-order for all Maple Con LA 2025 ticket buyers.

While we have been informed by the vendor that it is not possible to reproduce the full merchandise lineup due to production constraints, we have secured 5 of the most popular items to be newly produced for this pre-order as part of our effort to make amends for the inconvenience caused. Given the vendor's limited capacity, please note that purchases will be limited to 1 unit per item (per ticket) to ensure merchandise access to all attendees.



Nexon America will fully cover all shipping costs within the US to ensure no additional burden is placed on our attendees.

Detailed instructions for pre-orders will be sent via email to all ticket buyers and we ask for your patience as we complete these arrangements.
