Greetings! I'm having trouble figuring out what's the best way I will do damage in 4th job, I'm currently 3rd job as a Wild Hunter. Why does going OFF my jaguar increase my damage? Somebody told me it will do more lines? Why?

Mounting your jaguar is better when fighting multiple mobs, because you will be able to hit multiple enemies with attacks that are single target off-mount. However, when the jaguar is fighting alongside you, it will give a chance to inflict the Another Bite debuff, which is like an additional Final Attack that gets an additional line the more stacks it has, up to 3.
