GMS vs JMS - Wings of Fate - aslemn - 2016-09-11
Has GMS' version of the Wings of Fate cape truly been nerfed (as I recall, its original counterpart had a 0.7x lv attack bonus, instead of 0.4x)?
Or is there a way to upgrade it to the same stats? :o
