bucc has 25% (?) chance of ignoring 100% PDR

Hero has passive 50% ignore def.

Hero, Dual Blade, Sniper,Luminous, DA.
I think sniper got the highest PDR, Snipe has 20% then 30% PDR from additional bolt and then weakness finding.
Or maybe it's DA, Execution got 30%, def expert 30%, 30% debuff.
Mind you that PDR isn't additive though.
