one thing i'm sure... gunslingers SUCK at CPQ >.<

clerics are useful but not good point-wise
brawlers seem to be doing pretty well
bowmen have 1 big problem of minimum range...
fire mages can't mob...
best i've seen are bandits/*all* warriors/funded sins and ice mages

NPC the 35 Dagger.

Spearman > Fighter > Page > Brawler > Assassin > Crossbowman > Bandit > Hunter > Cleric > Gunslinger > F/P > I/L
In my opinion.

A funded brawler or bandit pretty much woops anyone else.
When my brawler was lvl 50, I did NINE cpqs in a row that the other party left because I got my partys lead so far ahead. 850 cpq solo ftw? This was stage 5/6. Rombots are a brawlers charged corkscrews best friend.

I've played a Cleric and Sin at CPQ. Clerics are really useful with a good party, especially with a decent levelled HB around, they can keep the entire party alive most of the time. Teleport is really helpful in 'stealing' pots and buff-items too, even coins.

With a Sin, you have to be strong, and hit fast and hard. Keep attacking, non-stop. I'd say both are relatively decent.

I've seen an Assassin solo 1500 in less than 7 minutes before the other party quit.

Isn't it like diffrent on each map?
There are blue/purple/yellow maps right?

I'm asking this cause i'm damage/stats/ToBeTheBest whore, but suck at leveling so I wanna make a level 50 char and cpq with that char Big Grin(forever, till i get bored Tongue)
I'm from ems and just wanna prepare, not sure when we get cpq hehe.

EDIT:

I doubt he was using a 100%d overall and weapon with no z helm.

Are you thinking that you could get over 1500 points with good eq's at lv 50?

Still like to know the things i said in my previous post

If I had godly gear like that sin probably had I bet u I'd get pretty damn close.

Editted first post for all things i wanna know

What class for what map?
What skill build for what class?(Skill build that ends at lv 50 and is the best for cpq?)

Past 1000 it kinda depends how stupid the other party is summoning Rombots, an idea of the gear he had would also be helpful (I know there are 60+ Nevas out there and probably at least 1 Kandayo... with a 20 SCG and c.ilbis you can have 120+ atk by 50 gear)

Brawlers.
Frown

Cpq Best class - VictorGS - 2009-01-06

Brawlers. I got at KMS 1.4k* CP Soloing at level 48. I think they're the best Big Grin

Also, I did this at Room 3~4, speed up with rombots.

Cpq Best class - nannerz - 2009-01-06

Personally I prefer map 5/6, as long as someone in your party is capable of killing rombots fast. I've seen brawlers do *really* well in CPQ, but I did fine on a lukless sin with some funding. Clerics can be really useful too, especially when the other team decides to summon chronos. Also, I have a hunter that can cpq as well, and it's fun because the high accuracy will render avoid ups powerless against you.

All in all though, I think you should go with a brawler.

Cpq Best class - Styles - 2009-01-06

How about a world w/o pirates?
Polarmman(joetang??) or Sexless sin?

Cpq Best class - JoeTang - 2009-01-06

Yes, go Polearm unless you can get a really good Impaler. The Fast speed of the Impaler can make up for the damage difference but Polearms generally do better otherwise. No FA. Max HB.

Cpq Best class - ShadyPriest - 2009-01-06

Overall, I think brawlers and bandits are the best. They are versatile in every room, without minimum range or mobility issues. Bandits can also hit through avoid up at higher levels.

Warriors and sins aren't far behind, but warriors are overshadowed by brawlers in many ways like having rush/mobility/invincibility skills (other than having slightly higher hp). Warriors (most) also are helpless during avoid up.

Sins shine in rooms 5/6, but are only mediocre in rooms 3/4. They also have haste for them to travel faster, and can hit through avoid up at higher levels.

Cpq Best class - Styles - 2009-01-06

So I think I'm go for PolarmMan(no impaler in Ems yet)Guan Yu Pole Arm Ftw Big Grin(AVG=70 atk 2 str 2 dex 32 acc Big Grin)

You get 61 points from 30>50
61-19=42
42-3=39
max hb=39-30=9
Soo 9 booster?

NEW:
Do CPQ monster have the exact same stats(hp/avoid/def/weakness/etc.) as those normal monsters w/o the droptable?

Cpq Best class - Kawasari Mimoto - 2009-01-06

Actually, PoleArms are incredibly fast, AND hits hard at 2nd job, so I can vouch for what JoeTang said too. I have a PADK. Lol.
