On my DS I got a baby tiger, so I decided to just quick go do that quest mentioned above.
Last I did it was when Roo pets last came out on Hayato. The note is in the knapsack up top and clickable like an NPC, right?
I started the quest and got up there but the bag wasn't clickable.
Is baby tiger eligible for it? Do I need the Pet Snack in inventory? Or is it glitched like it sometimes is?
And I wanted to buy the Commander Package. Would any of those work if tiger doesn't?

Pretty sure the quest is glitched. Guildmate was having trouble, and I saw a couple of threads on Basil about this also.

It's noted on the bug list as of last week. Most likely they are going to fixit soon since it's cash shop related.
