Since apparently you get a gender-locked shirt that changes depending on your character's gender.
If I stand around as Beta will it give me the female one, does Zero get both, or what?

If I equip a unisex cash item, will I need two of them (for Alpha and Beta) or does it apply to both of them with one item?

It'll apply to both characters with one unisex item.
