Twilight of Perion Quest - moore4me - 2013-06-21
Ok I searched Google and couldnt find an answer. I did the Twilight of Perion quest and received an USE item called PIECE OF MEMORY. Any idea of what this is used for? I didnt get any other quest after that one from Grendel. TY

You're right. Because Twilight Perion was released along with the revamped Wind Breaker in KMS.
