LegacyReborn has decided that MapleStory just isn't as fun as it used to be, so rather than waiting for a Supreme server we've decided to give ourselves a head start and play in a new server, where none of us have access to help of any kind, in order to relive some of the stuff we used to enjoy about MapleStory several years ago.

We have all made classic Explorers in a Renegades where we have no access to any funds/equipment/link skills or character cards. It's been a great reminder of how much fun MapleStory actually can be, especially when the game is a challenge and you don't rush through everything.

We have some rules set, if you wish to join us in our quest which are as follows:

1. Basic Adventurers Only
This includes all Adventurer branches of Warriors, Mages and Bowman. Thieves are limited to Shadowers and Night Lords only (no Dual Blades) and Pirates are limited to Corsair and Buccaneers (no Jetts or Cannoneers).

2. No New Leaf City
This prevents people from grinding on unbalanced mobs such as Jesters, Aliens etc. but is extended to all NLC mobs. The exception to this rule would be if we ever did a guild CWKPQ run. You are allowed to buy potions from the NLC vendor should you choose to.

3. No Monster Park Extreme
This is way to overpowered to even be considered, we want to keep the fun long lasting.

4. No Party Play Zones
This means no LHC or SH. Should we choose as a guild to do bosses such as Empress or Von Leon, we'll make adjustments to this rule accordingly (for questing basically). Regular Monster Park is fine, Monster Park Extreme is NOT.

4a. No Evolving World
Pretty much the same as the above two, the Evolving World system is too unfair in terms of EXP gain compared to other more old school methods. No it is not being reconsidered.

5. No NX only advantages
The purpose of this rule is to disallow any sort of cash benefits. This includes but is not limited to:

No cubing
No scrolls/hammers/item upgrade items
No 2x cards (drop or EXP)
No hyper teleport rocks

NX clothes, pets + pet equips, store permits and megaphones are allowed.

Pretty much just leveling up without buying NX/using NLC. So far we've killed area bosses until 30, did astaroth, then mush castle. Now we're doing Kerning Square.
