Nexon has announced today that its new Ghost in the Shell online game, in conjunction with its recent licensing agreement with Kodansha Ltd., is expected to launch in the first half of 2014.

Based on the Ghost in the Shell animated television productions, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex is said to be an online FPS with cooperative battle mode which allows players to fight along side both AI and other players.
