So I decided to open up an imaging program and make some super lame skill ideas. They don't even look real Tongue

But, I was bored, so, here you go.

Diamond Strike

Description: Use MP to generate up to 5 diamonds that can be thrown at an enemy. Will freeze and enemy.
Level 1: MP -40, Generate 1 Diamond, 30% damage, freeze for 1 second
Level 10: MP -70, Generate 3 Diamonds, 80%, freeze for 3 seconds
Level 20: MP -90, Generate 5 Diamonds, 130% damage, freeze for 5 seconds.

Elebomb

Description: Use MP to cast a barrage of grenades that shoot in a single line. Shoots up to 3. Will stun on impact. Hits up to 6 monsters
Level 1: MP -110, 1 Bomb, 200% damage
Level 10: MP -180, 1 Bomb, 350% damage
Level 20: MP -250, 2 Bombs, 500% damage
Level 30: MP -320, 2 Bombs, 650% damage
Level 40: MP -390, 3 Bombs, 800% damage.

With some refined and more specific, this could be good. But diamond=ice? Not really.

But also, what classes would this be?

The last one seems to be a bit cheap, I mean 800% damage?

The first one is good though.
