The only changes I've seen are removed limitations from the KMS version.

I vaguely remember also seeing this, but I also vaguely remember that being the patch that gave everything potential. Then they fixed it.

The Emblem is a tertiary weapon. It has three weapon potentials available to it. AB and Kaiser had three weapon potentials in KMSt, then the third one got removed because NexKR realized that three weapon potential was OP as pomegranate and removed it when it hit the live severs.
This is f'ucking stupid. I'm getting so pissed off at NexAM's decision-making.
