^ I assume you are talking about exp hairs? Well first you buy a exp coupon and you will get a random hair with a chance of obtaining a "exp hair". The same thing works for those faces, you buy a regular coupon (exp face coupons dont exist) and you have a chance of getting one of those special faces.
