Love doing quests? Don't feel like leveling up too fast? Well, you've come to the right place! What we have here is an up-to-date list of level-restricted quests in GMS! As of Big Bang (and future patches), there are barely any level-capped quests, but whatever! More quest total is awesome, am I right?

2012 Updates
7/2/2012
-Removed Maple Alliance quest/category. It was an event quest, and those should not stay in the guide; unless a permanent quest is, for some reason, categorized under Events. Currently, Monster Park quests are the only quests that are under that section; however, I will only throw them into an Event tab if there are more permanent event-categorized quests.

-Cleaned up the guide a bit, making it look a little more professional, and not just thrown together in 2 seconds.

-Spiegelmann's Gonzo Gallery section added, along with its quests.
-The quests are now categorized by levels and alphabetical order. For no real purpose.
-Added the correct level to the quest The Rumor in the Sea of Fog. Apparently, it had its level range changed, and I didn't notice.

-Missed a quest, King Pepe's Scroll. Never really noticed it had a level limit (which now explains why it disappears after a few levels). Thanks, MetaSeraphim.
-Added Victoria Island category under Locations, throwing the Mushroom Castle quest in there, along with the Astaroth quest chain in its own sub-category.
-Added red asterisks to note-worthy quests, to make them stand out, and also look slightly less obnoxious than what I was previously using.

-Monster Park Extreme has been removed, and so have the quests. They shall return soon enough, though!
-Astaroth quest line, and related quests, have had their level limits removed.
-Cooking with Tangyoon PQ has a quest related with it, so it has been added to the guide.
-Re-worded my note for Gonzo Gallery's quests. Hopefully that'll clear up any future confusion.

-Monster Park Extreme has returned for level 70 to 140. That is all.
-I am planning on making a "Quests you might miss" guide, merging it with level-capped quest guide. This could.. take a while before I add it here.
2014 Update
11/30/2014
-Monster Park has gone through some level changes, thus, some old quests have been deleted, and already existing ones have been modified.
-Monster Park Extreme has had its level changed from 70-140 to 100-140 in more recent patches.
-Looking Into the Lion King 4 quest has been removed. Parts 1-3 still exist, and the final part (5), has been changed to "Looking Into the Lion King: Final". Though, this has no relevance with the guide, and are not level-capped in any way.
-Spiegelmann's Gonzo Gallery is closed off, and its quest have been removed. It may or may not come back in the future.
-Mushroom Castle theme dungeon has been closed off, and revamped recently. So its old quest King Pepe's Scroll is removed. There are no such level-capped quest in the newer version of the theme dungeon, I'm afraid.
-Sea of Fog party quest is shut down, thus, its one quest, "The Rumor in the Sea of Fog" is removed from the guide.
-Monster Park's "By Location" tab, in my guide, has been changed to "Special Content". Any other quests that are in this category will go here in the future.
-Smart Mount quests! These have been hanging around for awhile, so I've added them. They're categorized under the "Event" tab in the location part of the guide.
-The Quests You Might Miss guide is still a work in progress... it should be coming soon enough, we hope!

I got my maple alliance skill after the Jett patch so its still there, on a Mercedes that is. You just have to do all of your "job" quests before you can start it and be level 75. Unless you mean the one for wild hunters for the special jaguar, not sure about that one.

Eh. I'm pretty sure you're thinking of the lvl 75+ version of the quest (which is a permanent addition, if I remember correctly).
Regardless, the lvl 15-74 version of the quest seems to have been event-only, and has been removed from the list.

A mini quest chain added in this patch
(In other news, more screenshots are on the way for already-existing quests in the guide. I'll most likely finish those up by the end of the month, hopefully.)
Edit: Crediting maplearchive: This quest chain seems to have another quest, although it has no level cap: Curbrock's Revenge (lvl 60-200). As shown in the link, it requires The New Me as a pre-requisite, sadly. (I had actually suspected there would be some form of pre-requisite, as I checked some lvl 60+ characters with no such luck.) The New Me does not require The Curbrock in the Grass as a pre-requisite quest.

Each painting sends you to a different area, and there is a short quest chain for each of these areas (Nesstesary, Lip-Warmer, etc). Unfortunately, these quests are reset the moment you leave the areas, or log off while inside the areas. These quests cannot be completed, and will not be listed in the guide.
