I have done the "Seed" quests where I have to get a bunch of them in the Haunted Forest, I can talk to Taggrin and everything too. The only quests I have left in NLC are:
-All of the Bounty Hunters quests (repeats though, I've done the original)
-Finding Jack
-The Brewing Storm
Am I supposed to finish ALL of these quests just to be able to forge a Balanced Fury? wtp.

Ever heard of quest requirements?
You need to complete find jack to unlock more taggrin quests =-=
None of these quests are even hard, I don't see why you'd complain about needing to do them to forge an item , it wasn't supposed to be very easy either.

You need to do Finding Jack to unlock Joko, then the 50 Elder Ashes quest to unlock Fiona.
