Premium cube 3rd line rate - ODERS - 2012-04-07
Months ago who I used premium cubes thy would get their 3rd line in 2-5 cubes consistently. But recently I've needed at least 10 to get that 3rd line. Is this just a stroke of bad luck or have rates of revealing that 3rd line changed?

I made my Empress Cape, I used an Epic Pot scroll (2line of course), 9 premium cubes down the road it ended up being 2 lines, 9% str 6% str. pineapple it nexon, you win. Ill just keep this.

Bad luck.
I get the 3rd line in a few pcubes. Most recent ones were.. Empress glove = 1 cube, Empress cape = 2 cubes, and RS pendant = 1 cube.The cape/pendant were cubed three days ago.

My dagger toke 1 cube ~1 month ago. I believe someone told me that the chance of getting the 3rd line went down if it was epic/unique when my shield toke like 10 cubes.

I've used 11 premium cubes on my 140 hat and it is still 2lined. Before that item every single item I premium cubed got the 3rd line in 1-5 cubes. There was a good six month break between those items and my hat. Strange, but I think its all the RNG.

Cygnus drops them, but thats all.
A hot time event that was supposed to give them did not, and was replaced with something extremely subpar. (I forget what item it was)

I used a single Hyper Miracle Cube on my Sharktooth Wild Talon and it went from 2 to 3 lines. I guess I was just lucky, but then again, I'm in JMS. The values might be different.

Maybe you could wait for it to be released in the cash shop then.
MSEA just get it few days ago, 14k for golden and 8k each for silvers . Expecting it to be like 2k ~ 3k in GMS when it's released, MSEA is overpricing everything.

Considering pcubes are already 3.1k nx... 3k stamps would be really generous of Nexon.

The only stamp in the JMS cash shop is the 100% success rate one. It's for 1.5k NP (around $20 USD or more), while Hyper Miracle Cubes are like 390 NP (around $5). It's... almost better to use a Hyper Miracle Cube, in my opinion.

Price of pcubes in MSEA is 8.5k @cash (on sale, 7.5k now), which is around $6.7 USD or more, Silver stamp is 8.5k each as well.
If the stat of equip is somewhat decent (like Zelkova's 15% STR, using a stamp might be a better choice).
