Because that's all you're getting. All that was updated was textual data in String.wz.
- Changed - Name for Surprise Style Box --> Avatar Random Box
- Added - Description for Starter Pack --> "A Starter Pack containing 4 fixed Familiars. Only one can be purchased per account. This pack commemorates the introduction of Monster Familiars.\nContains 4 fixed Familiars: #c(Pig, Cloud Fox, Terrified Wild Boar and Red Drake# (Untradeable)\n#cOnly one can be purchased per account#""
- Added - Description for Booster Pack --> "A pack that gives out 3 random Familiars total: 2 common and 1 uncommon or better.
\n#cThe contents are determined by the system, and a Rare item is not always given. The chances of obtaining better items are not affected by the amount purchased. #"
- Added - Description for Peanut Machine --> "An odd-looking contraption that cracks #cPeanuts#. Double-click the Peanut Machine to use it."
The only other data they changed was equipment strings, and those are largely uneventful. They fixed the strings for Evolving Rings and added some Demon Slayer equip strings (Force Shield, etc.). Not much to report there.

If they were smart they'd do these kind of patches weekly, and just not increase the version. Any kind of patch = trainers/bots needing to be updated.

They changed the EXE with this patch, so maybe there was a client side hack they fixed. Unfortunately, the EXP generation bug is still present.

I was looking forward to the update where you get a new skill similar to Soul Master's Soul Rush which finally makes that skill that lacked good uses useful. Yes! Of all the updates where it lacks good uses, even at Dual Ghost Pirates where it's useful, got taken away post-Jump, it finally gets good uses. By that because of "Soul Rush."
