Dear clients:
Please be aware that in order to make room for our new NetApp shelves, our Operations team will need to empty a cabinet, unracking and re-racking several servers into a new cabinet.
This maintenance will occur on Saturday, February, 18, 2012, and Sunday, February 19, 2012, starting at 10:30 p.m. EST on both days. Service interruption to the servers will last for approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Please note that if you are on a Hyper-V or Virtuozzo server, there will be an additional 30 to 45 minutes of downtime due to the need to boot up all virtual machines on those servers. Please consult the list below to see which servers are being affected on which day.
Yeah. That server list is useless since customers don't know which host they're on, AKA, when we'll be down, if we're even going to be affected by this. So, uh. Brace for turbulence. Or something.
