Greetings Clients,
At this moment we have been experiencing an issue with one of our Linux VPS servers (RVZLin08) and are currently rebooting it. Currently only 5 VPS are affected however there was a brief downtime for the rest of the users on that server. We are expecting the server to be fully operation in less than 30 minutes.

It appears the same server has become unresponsive again. We are currently performing another restart and then we will continue to investigate the issue that this server is experiencing. Approximate downtime should be between 10-15 minutes. We thank you for your patience at this time.

The server has been successfully started and all containers are now operating normally. Operations will continue to monitor the server and will discover the root cause of this issue. We thank you, once again, for your patience.
Somewhere after the 2nd reboot the server came up unclean with two copies of the database running simultaneously and corrupting each other and everything became a mess. Had to convince one to die, shut off the webservers so the other would stop trying to run traffic and could chill, coax into a repair and clean up, send it back to it's room to play nicely.
Nexon isn't the only one who can have random stability issues. We're special too!
As compensation everyone who was on during the affected period will get 5K
