I've heard a good number of people talking about people trying to fix Blackfist Cloaks during this event. Does that mean you can undo a successful chaos scroll using a clean slate to revert an item to the way it was before that scroll and get the slot back?

the only stat their effects apply to is the remaining slots stat

nope, you can use acc/armor att 15%, but if you do that, you might as well chaos a bunch lol
