Icons on Items Inventory. - DeanNim - 2011-12-26
So i only came back after chaos ended (mSEA) and was wondering what those icons in your item inventory are for. Its a gear(?), a conical flask with a plus sign and a magnifying glass.
Im sure the magnifying glass is for revealing potential but what about the other 2 ? and how do i activate all 3 ? they are greyed out :f6:

Gear is used to break down equipment as an alchemist, beaker is to combine two equipment as an alchemist, magnifying glass allows you to reveal potential of an item (depending on your level of Insight), and the last one is for opening the Item Pot window.

how do i raise insight other than revealing potential items ? im sure there are other ways because i have not revealed anything yet since ive played and somehow my insight is level 8 o.o have no idea how it got to level 8 in the first place.

Mining veins also gives insight exp.
