I'm not sure if this is a glitch or intentional, which is why i'm asking:
Are the quests in Neo City supposed to reset to the very beginning every time i log out? it's frustrating and has happened on multiple characters now.
It also happens whenever i get DC'ed, which as you know happens a lot in this game. I wouldn't mind except for that it blocks access to the later levels (which give higher exp)
