Um I was told that a Mercedes in Scania just hit 200. Didn't this class come out over the weekend?

How is this possible? What has Nexon done!?

PS: I don't play this game anymore but I'm a little curious...

Multiple Mercedes have hit 200 actually.

With boosted maps, insane gear, and all the 2x events/2x cards/other ways to increase your exp gain it's really not that difficult to grind to 200 anymore.

I haven't heard of a Mercedes who hit 200 legitimately yet but I got to 143 in the span of 5 days so it wouldn't be surprising if there is a legitimate 200 Mercedes by now.

Most of them were legitly in a sense that there was no botting.

I have no clue as far as the legitimacy. Oh well... Legitimacy is basically the polar opposite of what it was when MapleStory was released. I remember when people would track down hackers all of the time just for the sake of reporting them to GMs. Now, just about everyone does all they can to take advantage of exploits and hacks. The game has become quite the pathetic piece of shit.

Legit is such a tricky term to apply to online games these days, but I think we can all agree on that relying on hackers to manipulate the spawn on monsters you grind on all the the way between level 110 and 200 cannot in any light be called legit.
The path to 200 is not a tenth of the lenght it was pre big bang though, even if you stay away from silly pomegranate like hacked lionheart castle mobs.

Yeah to be honest I'm super jealous of you guys. It took me what 30-40 hours just to gain a level at higher levels with 2x exp! I was training with Scania's top Shadower too! How long is it taking to level once during the 19Xs?

It's sad to see hack(er)s are still controlling this game though. I guess level 200 is far from the achievement it used to be but I'm glad to say I reached 200 legitimately with lots of commitment towards my character and not relying on glitches and whatnot.

Why Nexon made skills so strong, potential gears to make your stats insanely high, and the experience needed to level dramatically lower is beyond me (besides the obvious "to make money").

2x exp cards in cash shop + lots of 2x events + over powered class + HS + wb ring = lvl 200 in a week
I know several legit merc that are close to 200.
