Since they nerfed ds ( still does more damage than before revamp , but they made it so you spam lazorz when you're charged since it goes further , hits way more and hits more targets ) , would maxing lazorz first before dragon strike be the correct thing to do now?
I'm not close to becoming a bucc on kms , but just asking

Probably, but I would wait until everything's settled to make a build, because they could just as easily change it right back in the next patch.

probably would still help with building energy out of bubble-charge, but probably won't take preference anymore because we can do CSB--> CSB2--> CSB to mob for energy or keep looping for charging, then spam lazer.
We'll probably do the advanced mastery skill first then maybe 6 hit DS (I'm not sure if it's 6 at all stages or 6 at X-level) then lazer with some support skills in there (like Pirate revenge and Timeleap).

I highly suggest counter attack and then viperisation maxed. Then blast, guard crush, DS, and fist.

Dragon Strike is surprisingly faster than Energy Blast. I used my skill reset and have right now maxed Viperisation, Counter Attack, Dragon Strike, Guard Crash, Double Lucky Dice, and 1 in Time Leap, Wind Booster, Nautilus (for the giggles), and Energy Blast.
Blast is great for clearing mobs and its long range, but damage wise, I think Dragon Strike's speed beats it out.

You sure t he speed affects so much ? I don't see it so slow on videos ..... right now ds would be 1400 % , and lazor 2200 %... pretty big gap there , not counting more targets
ED: That mastery increase is so good to forfeit raising first your attack skill like in old times?
