I got knocked off the map somehow...I couldn't move or even teleport back, then it DC'ed me.

wow, nexon fixed one glitch and caused another? ill try checking the data to see if the footholds were messed up, but this is simply weird.

They'd just copy and paste from MapleSEA's data, which they probably did.
I'm still thinking that it's a problem with one of their responders in their system, or they didn't import the maps properly. One of these cases is how the World Tour in Boat Quat takes you back to Henesys after you return.

The other thought that's coming to mind is bad "foothold" detections, like haha pointed out. Actually there's a spot in Boat Quay where you can jump down and off the map >_> You get tele back to the entrance if that happens though lol. It's probably just a backup code.

I would like they fix BOTH bugs and not just the portal one. It wouldn't be good if the next patch had Capt. Latanica's portal bug fixed, and we had to wait another patch for this other bug to be fixed.
