Crog still spawns on the ship from Victoria to Orbis and Orbis to Victoria.
Ergoth spawns anywhere you can charge the Stone of Virtue from 3 PM EST to 1 AM EST.

What kind of % chance is Crog set to spawn on? I remember figures of 10 or 20% being cited way back, but 7 trips and not a single encounter.

It's not by percent as far as I know. If someone beat it on that channel, it takes hours to respawn.

I'm pretty sure it's % chance to spawn, because I know I've fought back-to-back Crogs on the ship within minutes of each other, back and forth.
For all we know, they could have changed it.

There's a thread about this same issue that has said that Nexon acknowledges that Crogs aren't spawning currently. I have been looking for the source, but no luck yet. If I find it, I will post it.
