Is it working now?
When I ended up testing I got the most bizarre results.. It seemed to me like even with PDR included and I have 0% ignore, I was hitting a lot lower in dojo =/
Has anyone bothered to test it post-Ascension?

It doesn't work. I tried it out a few days ago.
Other sources of ignore PDR work, just not anything from the Codex.

Wondering the same. I've switched between the Aqua and Leafre sets in a couple Zakum runs and didn't have any noticeable damage changes, but Zakum doesn't have that much PDR to begin with.
