The World's First True Gaming Laptop. - Alley - 2011-08-26 I foresee razer going bankrupt over horrible sales from this. The World's First True Gaming Laptop. - Locked - 2011-08-26 $2800. Intel® Core i7-2640M processor 8GB of 1333 MHz DDR3 320GB Nvidia (GT 555M) with 2GB dedicated GDDR5) 17.3 (Diagonal), 16:9 ratio, 1920x1080 LED backlit from comments lmao The World's First True Gaming Laptop. - Punch - 2011-08-26 Oohhh.. that touchpad/screen thingy on the right is coool The World's First True Gaming Laptop. - KhainiWest - 2011-08-26 Locked Wrote:$2800. To me it seems like it's a grand overpriced, although I guess thats the value of the extra touchpad. The World's First True Gaming Laptop. - Worthyness - 2011-08-26 It's like a DS, but for laptops! The World's First True Gaming Laptop. - CrazyForDex - 2011-08-26 Looks cool, but a bit expensive The World's First True Gaming Laptop. - CommanderJinn - 2011-08-26 Such an uncompetitive price. Sure you have a sleek, small, and practical gaming laptop, but for a few pounds more and half the price, you can get an Alien ware =/. The World's First True Gaming Laptop. - Duelman - 2011-08-26 I spy LoL cameo hehe. Not surprised though because they sponsor a lot of the top teams. The World's First True Gaming Laptop. - DrRusty - 2011-08-26 It's pretty sweet but... how much are you paying for the name and touch pad? The World's First True Gaming Laptop. - Link - 2011-08-26 It is a pretty neat idea and it sounds like it can perform well, but I wouldn't shell out $2,800 for something like that. I think I can something just as powerful for a lot less and I don't really care about bulk, since it's not like it's supposed to be a 3DS that I can take everywhere with me. I only care to play computers when I'm at home (Why don't I just get a desk top then? Well, I don't have room for one.). The World's First True Gaming Laptop. - Born2BeMild - 2011-08-26 Sounds neat! $2,800? Nevermind, I could build a nice desktop with better parts with that kind of money. The World's First True Gaming Laptop. - Berzerk - 2011-08-26 >Gaming Laptop >Thin being a selling point Lol, enjoy that lava brick sitting in your lap. Also, I don't foresee much support for that new little touch screen or even that much practical use. I'll stick with my much better Alienware. The World's First True Gaming Laptop. - KhainiWest - 2011-08-26 To be honest if I could have any laptop it probably be one of the Asus G series laptops The World's First True Gaming Laptop. - JoeTang - 2011-08-26 Gonna hafta hurt anyone I see carrying one of these. The World's First True Gaming Laptop. - Piggy 2.0 - 2011-08-26 Pretty cool looking. But that price is gonna have to drop, chief. The World's First True Gaming Laptop. - Kalovale - 2011-08-26 Specs are meh for something so hyped. The World's First True Gaming Laptop. - MetaSeraphim - 2011-08-26 JoeTang Wrote:Gonna hafta hurt anyone I see carrying one of these. I feel like buying 5 of these and throwing them like frisbees at people. The World's First True Gaming Laptop. - Devil - 2011-08-26 Good looking, since innovation, however: 1. How long does the accu last without an adapter at maximum load? Can't be much longer then 30~60 mins... 2. How hot does it get at maximum load? 3. How much noise does it make at maximum load (fanssssss)? And about the LCD screen... Does it have: - 120Hz refresh rate? - lower then 5ms response time? - lower then 5ms input lag? - A view angle of 175 degrees or larger? - Is the screen matte (=good) or is it again one of those high-shine i-never-need-a-new-mirror ones? But again, it looks promising!
