1. Member hairs are now gone, so does that mean the Designer hair is now impossible to obtain?
2. Do REG hair coupons give the same hairs as EXP?

Isn't Exp the same as regular just with the chance of getting a few Rare hairs that you can't get with VIP coupon?
You can get the designer medal, but way to waste that much NX in hair.
