Apparently Beetles and Skelesaurus don't drop Advanced Combo Attack 30 anymore but Secret Mastery Books exclusively. The same is true (according to some players) to the rest of monsters.
Is there any great map to farm for them?

skeles havent dropped ACA30 since BigBang, if they ever did before.
they probably drop from bosses at a better rate than normal mobs.

They did. I trained at skeles on my bishop from 120 to 200. Only ONE has dropped for me. The drop rate is that low.
