Title says it all, i made a lvl 50 DB and found out that i can just go to lvl 90 and get the mask but ic an get free books. Is this a for sure thing or a glitch?

No. I made a DB and didn't get the quest for the free books, you have to make a fresh new DB since old DB don't get those either.

I could start the quest with my lvl 1 DB by lightbull. Also the lvl 50 DB doesn't have that particular quest anywhere in the quest book.

My bad then. But since Nexon never said the free books weren't available for the jumpstart chars, it's most likely a glitch and will get fixed.

They didn't said either that the Jumpstart DB could get the books.
